Delivery note and e-Dispatch software: from invoice to receipt advice
Create a delivery note from an invoice or by hand and print it in three copies. If you are obliged to, send it to e-Dispatch (eOtpremnica, SEO), follow the transport and receive the receipt advice. Delivery notes your suppliers send arrive on their own.
- VAT payers who ship goods
- Goods recipients
- Online stores and retail
We open your account and trial on request. Pricing is agreed with each company.
The paper delivery note works. Sending to e-Dispatch follows the official technical guide and was tested against its official examples, but we have not yet tried it on the Ministry of Finance demo environment. Until then, do not use it for real shipments.

A delivery note from an invoice or by hand
The same document serves as a paper delivery note and as an e-Dispatch, so you never enter the goods twice.
From an invoice or pro forma
In the invoice menu you choose “Create delivery note”. The customer, address and goods carry over, together with the item codes and barcodes from the warehouse. You can also create one by hand.
A paper note in 3 copies
After issuing you get a PDF in three copies (issuer, driver, recipient), then record “Customer received the goods” or cancel it. It works without e-Dispatch too, so companies outside VAT can use it.
Stock is not reduced twice
A delivery note does not change stock, because goods leave with the invoice. That way nothing is deducted twice when you issue an invoice alongside the note.
Sending to e-Dispatch (SEO)
The app checks what SEO requires before sending, so a note is not bounced over a detail.
Sending to SEO
The “Send to eOtpremnica” button sends the note in the official format. The company key is entered once, in My companies, and is stored encrypted.
Checks before sending
It checks that the recipient has an active e-Dispatch account, and that the planned delivery, the carrier (tax ID, registration number, address), the plates and the units of measure from the official list are filled in. Personal pickup requires a name and an ID card number.
Date and time by SEO rules
The issue date must be today and the dispatch time must not be in the past. When sending, the app moves both to “now” by itself and records that in the history.
Transport, cancellation and the customer’s reply
You record that the transport has started, and you can cancel a note with a reason until physical receipt. When the customer sends a receipt advice, you accept or reject it.
Received delivery notes and the receipt advice
When a supplier ships goods, the note arrives in the app and waits for your reply.
They arrive on their own
Received notes are pulled from SEO every hour, or with the “Refresh from eOtpremnica” button. A new note appears in the bell and among the things to sort out on the home page.
Confirming receipt of goods
One click confirms the goods arrived, the same day or within 3 working days at the latest, as the guide requires.
A receipt advice per item
For each item you enter what arrived and what is being returned, and the advice is sent within 8 days. If the sender rejects it, you send a new one.
A trial account in simulation
A trial account works without a real key: the customer “picks up” the goods after a minute and sends the receipt advice a minute later. That way you walk through the whole flow before real use.
Delivery notes & e-Dispatch, step by step
Enter the SEO key
For e-Dispatch: in My companies, the eOtpremnica tab. A paper note does not need a key.
Create a delivery note
From an invoice or pro forma, or by hand, with the customer, goods and carrier.
Send or print
To e-Dispatch, or a PDF in three copies for the driver.
Follow the receipt
The transport, the customer’s receipt advice and your reply to it are recorded in the note’s history.
Good to know before you start
- Sending to e-Dispatch follows the official technical guide and was tested against its official examples, but the real SEO (neither demo nor production) has not been called yet. Until the first test, do not use it for real shipments.
- Sole traders (paušalci) and companies outside VAT are not obliged to use e-Dispatch, so they keep the paper delivery note.
- Not done yet: trans-shipment and vehicle changes, working offline, excise data in the form (it is carried from received notes into the receipt advice) and a link with e-invoicing.
Works on desktop, tablet and phone – installs like an app (PWA)
Open invoice.solve.rs in your browser and add it to your phone’s home screen. Nothing to download from an app store. The interface is in Serbian; invoice PDFs can also be in English.

Delivery notes & e-Dispatch: frequently asked questions
Who has to use e-Dispatch?
Under the regulations: the public sector, trade towards the public sector and excise goods from 1 January 2026, and all VAT payers from 1 October 2027. Sole traders (paušalci) and companies outside VAT are not obliged. Check with your accountant what applies to you.
Do I need e-Dispatch to issue a delivery note?
No. The paper delivery note with a PDF in three copies works without any link to SEO, so companies that are not obliged can use it too.
Can a delivery note come from an invoice?
Yes. In the invoice or pro forma menu you choose “Create delivery note”, and the customer, address and goods carry over, with item codes and barcodes from the warehouse.
Does a delivery note change warehouse stock?
No. Goods leave with the invoice, so stock is not deducted twice. You follow stock on the inventory page.
How does a delivery note from my supplier reach me?
The app pulls it from SEO every hour, and you can refresh the list by hand. Confirm receipt of the goods, then send the receipt advice with the quantities per item.
What if my customer does not have e-Dispatch?
The app checks that before sending and tells you. For that customer you keep the paper delivery note.
Can I try the whole flow before real use?
You can. A trial account runs e-Dispatch in simulation: the customer “picks up” the goods after a minute and sends the receipt advice a minute later.
