From customer to PDF in three steps

The flow is always the same: Customer, Items, Review. An unfinished invoice is saved, so you can pick it up later.

Catalog and item templates

Products and services from your catalog, item templates and units of measure. Save any invoice line as a template with one click.

Automatic numbering

Separate sequences per document type and year: 001/2026 for invoices, PR-001/2026 for pro formas. No manual numbering.

Customer rebates and discounts

A customer’s standard rebate applies automatically, and line discounts can be a percentage or an amount.

Amount in words

The amount in words is written for you, following Serbian grammar, for dinars and foreign currencies.

Describe the invoice in words

Write one sentence and AI suggests the customer and items from your catalog. Nothing is saved on its own: you review the suggestion before issuing.

Currencies and PDF language

Invoice in dinars, euros, dollars or Swiss francs. Choose the PDF language per customer: Serbian, Serbian-English or English.

Sole traders and companies

What a sole trader gets, and what a company gets

The app shows document types according to the company’s tax status. Flat-rate sole traders (paušalci) issue invoices and pro formas; entrepreneurs who keep books, LLCs and VAT payers get all six document types.

Sole trader (paušalac)

Invoices and pro formas, pro forma to invoice in one click, a KPO book that fills itself and tracking of the 6 and 8 million dinar turnover limits.

Entrepreneurs keeping books and LLCs

Invoice, pro forma, quote, advance invoice, credit note and debit note, each with its own numbering sequence.

VAT payer

Choose the VAT rate per line, so one invoice can carry several rates. E-invoicing comes with VAT records on SEF.

One-click conversion

A pro forma becomes an invoice, a quote becomes a pro forma or invoice, and an advance becomes the final invoice, with the advance deduction and note added for you.

Getting paid

Payments without retyping or chasing customers

The IPS QR code, a public link and reminders help the money arrive on time, and the payment ledger shows what has actually been paid.

NBS IPS QR code

The customer scans the code in their mobile banking app and every payment detail is filled in: account, amount and reference number.

PIN-protected public link

The customer opens the invoice through a PIN-protected link and sees what is paid and what is left, with an IPS QR code for the rest. After 5 wrong attempts the link locks for 15 minutes.

Email reminders

The customer gets an email three days before the due date, on the due date and seven days after. Switch reminders on once for the whole company.

Partial and combined payments

Several payments for one invoice or one payment for several invoices. Overdue invoices show how many days late they are.

PDF and sending

A PDF with your logo, sent in one click

Your own PDF design

Set your logo, color, font (Inter, Roboto or Open Sans) and borders in the design editor.

The “Send” button

Customers registered on SEF receive the invoice through SEF, everyone else by email with the PDF attached. Afterwards the status changes to “Sent”.

Monthly recurring invoices

For subscriptions and retainers the app prepares a draft invoice every month. You review, issue and send it.

Switching from another program

Import past invoices from CSV or PDF (read by AI), and numbering continues where you left off.

Customers

Customers, checked before you invoice

Search by tax ID and company number

Enter a PIB or company number and the details are filled in from SEF or the NBS register.

Account blockade check

Check whether the customer’s bank account is blocked at the NBS. The warning also shows while you create the invoice.

Business register and VAT status

A link to the official register plus a recorded status: active, in liquidation, in bankruptcy or deleted, and whether the company is VAT-registered.

Customer profile and IOS statement

See what you have invoiced, collected and what is outstanding in one place. Download the IOS (open items) statement as PDF and the list as CSV.

How it works

Invoices & pro formas, step by step

  1. Pick the customer

From your customer list or by searching the tax ID. Add a new customer in the same step.

  2. Add the items

From your catalog or templates. Rebates, discounts and the amount in words are calculated for you.

  3. Review and issue

One click on “Issue”: the document gets its number and a PDF with an IPS QR code.

  4. Send and track payment

Via SEF or email, with reminders and an overview of what has been paid.

Notes

Good to know before you start

  • Flat-rate sole traders (paušalci) can only issue invoices and pro formas in the app. Quotes, advance invoices, credit notes and debit notes are available to entrepreneurs who keep books, LLCs and VAT payers.
  • Recurring invoices are created as drafts. Issuing and sending is always your decision.
  • The one-sentence invoice suggestion works with text only and always waits for your review.
  • Customer reminders are sent by email, not by SMS.
  • The app interface is in Serbian; invoice PDFs can be in Serbian, Serbian-English or English.

Works on desktop, tablet and phone – installs like an app (PWA)

Open invoice.solve.rs in your browser and add it to your phone’s home screen. Nothing to download from an app store. The interface is in Serbian; invoice PDFs can also be in English.

Questions

Invoices & pro formas: frequently asked questions

Can a sole trader (paušalac) issue quotes and advance invoices?

No. The app shows document types according to the company’s tax status, and flat-rate sole traders get invoices and pro formas. Quotes, advance invoices, credit notes and debit notes are available to entrepreneurs who keep books, LLCs and VAT payers.

How does the customer pay?

Every invoice and PDF carries an NBS IPS QR code. The customer scans it in their mobile banking app and all payment details are filled in. If they open the invoice through the public link, they also see what has been paid and get a QR code for the remaining amount.

Can I send the invoice through SEF?

Yes. The “Send” button delivers the invoice through SEF to customers registered there, and by email with the PDF attached to everyone else. Your company enters its own SEF API key in the app for this.

Are recurring invoices sent automatically?

No. For monthly services the app prepares a draft invoice every month, and you review, issue and send it. No invoice goes out without your check.

Can I move my invoices from another program?

Yes. Import past invoices from CSV or PDF (PDFs are read by AI), and numbering continues from your last number.

Which languages and currencies are supported?

Invoices can be in dinars, euros, US dollars or Swiss francs. The PDF can be in Serbian, Serbian-English or English, chosen per customer. The app interface itself is in Serbian.

How much does the invoicing software cost?

There is no public price list yet. Pricing is agreed with each company, and you can try the app first with a trial account.
