Import bank statements in XML

Download the statement from e-banking and drop it into the app. No transaction gets retyped.

Format detected automatically

Raiffeisen (including foreign-currency statements), Addiko and ISO 20022 camt.053. You don’t pick the bank or format; the app reads it from the file.

Several files at once

Import a whole month in one step. You get a preview first, and transactions that already exist are skipped.

Foreign-currency statements

Each foreign-currency transaction keeps both the dinar equivalent and the original currency, such as USD or EUR.

The original stays attached

The original XML, PDF or CSV file is stored with the statement, so your accountant can always find it. Statements also export to CSV.

Matching

Match payments to invoices, receipts and expenses

An invoice counts as paid once it is matched to a bank payment. That makes the Bank screen a to-do list of everything still unmatched.

Suggested matches

Unmatched transactions wait as tasks, with a suggested invoice, fiscal receipt or expense. Confirm the suggestion or pick another document.

One payment, several invoices

Match one incoming payment to several invoices at once, with partial payments and advances. Each invoice shows what was paid and what is left.

Courier cash-on-delivery

When a courier (for example D Express) pays out collected cash on delivery in one sum, the app suggests the fiscal receipts that add up to exactly that amount.

Outgoing payments

Link each outgoing payment to an expense or a supplier invoice, so the bank view also shows what you paid suppliers.

Expenses

Expenses: scan the fiscal receipt with your phone

Enter a receipt from a shop, a gas station or a trip by scanning it, without copying amounts or tax IDs.

Fiscal QR scanner

Scan the QR code of a Serbian fiscal receipt with the camera or load it from an image. If the code is blurry, paste the receipt’s verification link.

Receipts from abroad

The app reads fiscal receipt QR codes from Greece, Croatia, Montenegro, Albania, Bulgaria, Austria, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Slovenia, Slovakia and Turkey, plus SEPA, Swiss and IPS payment QR codes.

AI reads images and PDFs

For a receipt without a QR code, AI reads the image or PDF and fills in the form. You review and save; nothing is stored automatically.

Kept in the payment currency

A foreign expense stays in the currency it was paid in. The dinar amount at the NBS rate is shown for information only.

Receipt attached

The receipt image or PDF is attached to the expense and kept in your company’s private storage.

Supplier invoices

Supplier invoices and suppliers in one place

From SEF, a PDF or by hand

Incoming e-invoices are pulled from SEF every hour. For invoices outside SEF, AI reads the PDF, or you enter them manually.

Stock fills itself

A posted supplier invoice with items increases inventory, and a reversal takes it back out.

Paying the supplier

Each supplier invoice comes with an IPS QR code for your mobile banking app, including the payment reference. A payment marked by mistake can be undone.

Suppliers with statistics

Suppliers are merged by tax ID or name, with how much you spent with each. Expenses are summed by period and export to CSV.

How it works

Bank & expenses, step by step

  1. Download the XML statement

In e-banking, choose the XML format (Raiffeisen, Addiko or camt.053).

  2. Import one or more files

The app detects the format, skips duplicates and shows a preview before import.

  3. Confirm the suggestions

Unmatched transactions come with a suggestion: an invoice, receipt, expense or supplier invoice.

  4. Paid means matched

Invoice status follows bank payments, including partial payments and one payment for several invoices.

Notes

Good to know before you start

  • This module is for entrepreneurs keeping books, LLCs and VAT payers. Flat-rate sole traders (paušalci) don’t see Bank, Expenses or Supplier invoices in the app.
  • Verified statement formats are Raiffeisen (including foreign currency), Addiko and camt.053. If your bank uses a different format, let us know before you start.
  • There is no direct bank connection and no automatic statement download: you export the statement from e-banking. Payments are not executed from the app.
  • PDF statements are stored as attachments only. Matching works from the XML file.
  • Statements by email (a dedicated company address your bank sends statements to) are coming soon and not switched on yet.
  • AI suggests the data; you review and save it. To read a document, its content is sent to an AI service (Anthropic). Expenses are not booked or categorized automatically.

Works on desktop, tablet and phone – installs like an app (PWA)

Open invoice.solve.rs in your browser and add it to your phone’s home screen. Nothing to download from an app store. The interface is in Serbian; invoice PDFs can also be in English.

Questions

Bank & expenses: frequently asked questions

Which banks are supported for statement import?

Verified formats are XML statements from Raiffeisen (including foreign currency) and Addiko, and the camt.053 format (ISO 20022). The format is detected automatically. If your bank uses another XML format, send us a sample before you start.

Does the app download statements from the bank by itself?

No. You export the statement from e-banking and import it, several files at once if you like, and duplicates are skipped. Receiving statements by email is coming soon.

What if one payment covers several invoices?

Match the payment to several invoices at once. Partial payments and advances are recorded, so each invoice shows what was paid and what remains.

How is courier cash-on-delivery matched to several fiscal receipts?

A courier pays one total for many parcels. The app suggests the fiscal receipts whose total matches the payment exactly, and you confirm.

How do I add expenses?

Scan the QR code on the fiscal receipt with your phone, paste the receipt’s verification link, or let AI read an image or PDF. It also reads receipt QR codes from 12 other countries.

Can I pay a supplier from the app?

Not directly. Each supplier invoice has an IPS QR code you pay with in mobile banking. Once you import the statement, you link the outgoing payment to that invoice.

Why don’t flat-rate sole traders see Bank and Expenses?

The app shows modules based on the company’s tax status. Flat-rate sole traders get invoices, pro formas, the KPO book, e-invoices and tax obligations. Bank, expenses and supplier invoices are for businesses that keep books.
