Inventory and stock software: stock that updates itself
Issued invoices, fiscal receipts and posted supplier invoices with catalog items change your stock on their own. You manage items and raw materials, recipes, goods receipt and stocktaking by zone, and a barcode scanner speeds up data entry.

Items, raw materials and recipes
What you sell and what you make it from are kept apart, but in the same inventory, with purchase prices.
Items and raw materials
Items are sold on invoices and at the register. Raw materials (coffee beans, milk, flour) are only bought and consumed. The purchase price drives cost and stocktaking value.
Recipes up to 3 levels
Define what an item is made of and how much per unit, for example espresso = 7 g of coffee. Sales consume the raw materials, and a recipe can include a semi-finished product.
Tracking for services too
With “Track stock” on, a service gets a stock count too, so you see how much was issued.
Barcodes
Several barcodes per item. The scanner is enabled per company (USB or Bluetooth, or a phone camera) and works on invoices, at the register and during stocktaking.
Stock that follows every document
You don’t keep stock separately. It changes when you sell, receive or write off goods.
Sales reduce stock
An issued invoice with catalog items reduces stock, and a reversal restores it. Fiscal receipts, including PDFs imported from another ESIR, reduce stock, and refunds restore it.
Supplier invoices increase it
A posted supplier invoice with items increases stock, and reversing it takes the quantity back out.
Receive goods in one go
Receive many items in one step: search by name, code or barcode, and create a new item without leaving the receipt.
Write-offs with a reason
Adjust stock or take it out with a reason: client hospitality, promotion, photo shoot, sponsorship or write-off.
Stocktaking by zone and movement history
Count by zone
Count by zone (bar, kitchen, cellar). The same item can sit in several zones, and the total is the counted stock.
Post the difference
When you post a count, the app records booked and counted stock and the difference, creates movements with the reason “stocktaking” and locks the count.
Movement history
Every movement links to its source document. Per-item summary: opening stock, received, wholesale, retail, set aside and current.
Low stock and CSV
A warning when an item runs low, per-item statistics, and CSV import and export for moving from another program.
Inventory & stock, step by step
Add your items
By hand or via CSV import, with purchase price and barcode.
Add recipes
Only for items made from raw materials, such as drinks, food or bundles.
Receive goods
Through a supplier invoice or a multi-item goods receipt.
Sell and count
Invoices and fiscal receipts reduce stock on their own, and a stocktake settles the differences.
Good to know before you start
- One stock level per item: zones are for stocktaking only. There are no multiple warehouses or locations with separate stock.
- No costing sheets, price revaluations, KEPU book or merchandise accounting, and no purchase orders to suppliers.
- Refunds and reversals restore goods using the current recipe. If you change a recipe between the sale and the refund, the new one applies.
- Our fiscal cash register (Solve Kasa) is awaiting approval by the Serbian Tax Administration. Until then, stock follows invoices, supplier invoices and fiscal receipts imported from another ESIR.
Works on desktop, tablet and phone – installs like an app (PWA)
Open invoice.solve.rs in your browser and add it to your phone’s home screen. Nothing to download from an app store. The interface is in Serbian; invoice PDFs can also be in English.

Inventory & stock: frequently asked questions
How does stock update itself?
An issued invoice with catalog items reduces stock, and a reversal restores it. A posted supplier invoice increases stock. Fiscal receipts (today imported as PDFs from another ESIR) reduce stock, and refunds restore it.
What are recipes and who needs them?
A recipe says what an item is made of and how much per unit. Cafés, restaurants and anyone selling something made from raw materials need them. They go up to 3 levels, and sales consume the raw materials.
Can I run several warehouses?
No. Each item has one stock level. Zones (bar, kitchen, cellar) make counting easier; they don’t split stock.
How does stocktaking work?
Open a new count, enter counted quantities by zone and post it. The app records the difference, creates the movements and locks the count.
Which barcode scanners work?
Any scanner that acts as a keyboard (USB or Bluetooth), or a phone camera. One item can have several barcodes.
Does it do costing sheets and price revaluations?
No. Inventory tracks quantities, purchase prices and movements, but not merchandise accounting, costing sheets, revaluations or the KEPU book.
Can I move my items over from another program?
Yes, with a CSV import. You can export your stock the same way whenever you need it.
