A KPO book that keeps itself
The KPO book is the turnover ledger every Serbian flat-rate sole trader (paušalac) must keep. Here every issued invoice and every day of retail sales is entered for you, split into goods and services. The KPO form without manual entry
The turnover book for flat-rate taxpayers fills itself from what you have already issued in the app.
One row per invoice
Every issued invoice is one row. Drafts, reversed invoices and pro formas are left out.
Retail sales per day
Fiscal receipts are entered as one row per day, and refunds reduce that day’s turnover.
Goods and services apart
Turnover is split into column 3 (goods) and column 4 (services), proportionally and after rebates.
Foreign currency in dinars
Invoices in euros or another currency are converted at the NBS middle rate on the date of supply.
Each year on its own
Every year has its own tab, and numbering restarts at 1 at the start of the year.
PDF and CSV
Download the KPO form with the taxpayer header as PDF, and the same data as CSV for your accountant.
Taxes and contributions with IPS QR payment orders
Alongside the KPO book, sole traders get an overview of their monthly obligations under their tax assessment.
Figures from your tax assessment
Enter the amounts from your tax assessment once, by hand, and the app uses them every month.
Payment orders with IPS QR
The app creates payment orders for taxes and contributions with an IPS QR code, ready for mobile banking.
Due on the 15th
The payment deadline is in the tax calendar, and a reminder arrives three days ahead.
The 6 and 8 million dinar turnover limits
A card on the home screen shows how close you are to each limit, with retail sales included.
The 6 million limit
Turnover in the calendar year is tracked against RSD 6,000,000.
The 8 million limit
Turnover in any 365 consecutive days is tracked against RSD 8,000,000.
Warning from 80%
Once you pass 80% of a limit you get a warning. Issuing invoices is never blocked.
A tax calendar with reminders
Your next three deadlines
The home screen shows your next three deadlines based on your tax status.
Weekends move the deadline
If a deadline falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the calendar moves it to Monday.
Reminder 3 days ahead
The reminder arrives in the app’s notification bell and by email.

Good to know before you start
- The KPO book is for sole traders (paušalci) only. Entrepreneurs who keep books get the income and expense book (PK-1) instead.
- The app does not submit the KPO book to the Tax Administration or certify it. You download and keep the book yourself.
- Figures from your tax assessment are entered by hand, and the KPO book covers turnover, not expenses.
- The tax calendar is for information and moves deadlines for weekends only, not public holidays.
Works on desktop, tablet and phone – installs like an app (PWA)
Open invoice.solve.rs in your browser and add it to your phone’s home screen. Nothing to download from an app store. The interface is in Serbian; invoice PDFs can also be in English.

KPO book: frequently asked questions
What is the KPO book?
KPO is the turnover book for flat-rate taxpayers in Serbia (the KPO form). A sole trader records turnover from selling goods and providing services in it, in date order, for each year separately.
Can I keep the KPO book online?
The app keeps the KPO book from your invoices and gives you the KPO form as PDF or CSV for any year. How you store the book, printed or electronically, is something to agree with your accountant.
Are fiscal receipts included in the KPO book?
Yes, as one row per day, with refunds reducing turnover. Fiscal receipts from another ESIR are imported as PDF. Receipts from our own cash register will be included the same way, but Solve Kasa is still awaiting Tax Administration approval.
How are invoices in euros entered?
The amount is converted to dinars at the NBS middle exchange rate on the date of supply and entered that way.
Does the app calculate taxes and contributions?
Not by itself: you enter the amounts from your tax assessment by hand. The app turns them into payment orders with an IPS QR code and reminds you of the deadline on the 15th of the month.
What happens when I get close to the 6 million limit?
Once you pass 80% of the limit, a card on the home screen warns you, and issuing invoices is not blocked. What exceeding the limit means for your tax status is something to check with your accountant.
Can my accountant see the KPO book?
Yes. Invite them into your organization in the app; the bookkeeper role can view the book and download PDF and CSV.
