How you get access to client companies

No more chasing clients for paperwork. They work in the app, and you see what they see.

The client invites you

The organization owner sends an invitation to your email with the Bookkeeper or Accountant role.

One login, every company

One account can belong to several organizations. You see every company in a single company picker, and the list of organizations on your account page.

View-only

Bookkeeper and accountant roles see documents, statements and books and download PDF and CSV, but can’t change data.

An address per organization

Each organization has its own address in the form name.invoice.solve.rs.

Package

The monthly accountant package

Everything for one month in a single ZIP file, instead of emails full of attachments.

Documents and CSV

PDFs of all issued documents and CSV files of sales invoices, supplier invoices, expenses and retail sales.

Statements and attachments

Original bank statement files and expense attachments.

KPO or POPDV

The KPO book for flat-rate sole traders, POPDV preparation for VAT payers.

Who creates it

The client’s owner or manager creates the package for a chosen month in one click, and it stays saved in the company archive.

Books and deadlines

Books, VAT and tax deadlines

KPO book

For flat-rate sole traders: fills itself from invoices and fiscal receipts, as the official KPO form in PDF and CSV.

PK-1

The income and expense book for entrepreneurs keeping books outside the VAT system.

VAT records

For VAT payers: summary and individual VAT records on SEF and POPDV preparation.

Deadlines and limits

A tax calendar by the company’s tax status and turnover limits: 6 million for flat-rate sole traders, 8 million for everyone outside VAT.

Clients

Clients and receivables

IOS statement

An open-items statement (IOS) PDF for every client, for reconciling balances.

NBS blockade

Check whether a client’s account is under enforced collection at the NBS.

Business register and VAT status

A link to the official register with the tax ID or company number filled in, and a recorded status (active, liquidation, bankruptcy, VAT payer).

CSV exports

Clients, documents, expenses and statements export to CSV for your accounting program.

How it works

For accountants, step by step

  1. The client gets an account

We open the client’s account, at your request or theirs.

  2. The client invites you

The organization owner adds you with the bookkeeper or accountant role.

  3. Pick a company

All your client companies are in one picker on your account.

  4. Download the package

At month end the client creates the ZIP package, and you download it from the archive.

Notes

Good to know before you start

  • Accountants don’t open client accounts themselves: the platform administrator (us) opens the account, and the client then invites you.
  • The package isn’t emailed automatically every month. The client’s owner or manager creates it.
  • The bookkeeper role is view-only and can’t create the package.
  • There is no general ledger or chart of accounts, and no integration with Minimax or Pantheon. Move data over with CSV and PDF.
  • There is no separate agency dashboard: you see client companies through the company picker on your account.

Works on desktop, tablet and phone – installs like an app (PWA)

Open invoice.solve.rs in your browser and add it to your phone’s home screen. Nothing to download from an app store. The interface is in Serbian; invoice PDFs can also be in English.

Questions

For accountants: frequently asked questions

How do I get access to a client’s company?

The client, as organization owner, emails you an invitation with the bookkeeper or accountant role. Once you accept, the company appears in your company picker.

Can one login see all my clients?

Yes. An account can belong to several organizations, and every company is in one picker. Your account page lists the organizations.

What’s in the monthly package?

PDFs of issued documents, CSV files of sales invoices, supplier invoices, expenses and retail sales, statement files, attachments, and the KPO book or POPDV preparation, all for the chosen month in one ZIP.

Can I change a client’s data?

Not with the bookkeeper role, which is for viewing and downloading. If you agree that you will enter data, the client can give you the manager role.

Does it integrate with Minimax or Pantheon?

No. You download data from the app as CSV and PDF and import it into your own program.

How do I move my clients to solve.rs?

Contact us with a list of your clients (sole traders, entrepreneurs, LLCs, VAT payers). We open trial accounts, and the clients invite you. Old invoices import from CSV or PDF.

What do I see for a sole trader versus a company keeping books?

The app shows modules by tax status: for flat-rate sole traders the KPO book and taxes and contributions, for businesses keeping books the bank, expenses, supplier invoices, PK-1 or VAT records.
