Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2, 2026. The rules for using solve.rs and for working with the Solve.rs studio, in plain language.
In short
- The site is informational – only a written agreement is binding.
- Every project is described in a proposal or contract before it starts.
- Once you pay in full, the work we made for you is yours.
- Serbian law applies; the court in Kruševac has jurisdiction.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
The solve.rs website and the Solve.rs studio are run by Solvers Hub DOO Kruševac, Despota Uglješe 8, 37000 Kruševac, Serbia, company registration number (MB) 22191853, tax ID (PIB) 115676792, email hello@solve.rs (“we”, “us”).
These terms apply to the use of solve.rs, including the inquiry form and the AI assistant, and to the studio’s services: website and web app development, SEO, analytics and consulting.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
The invoice.solve.rs app (invoicing, the KPO book, the cash register and other modules) is governed by a separate agreement with each customer, and its data processing is described in the app’s own privacy policy.
2. Information on the site
Descriptions of services, products, case studies and guides are published for information. They are not an offer under the Serbian Law of Obligations but an invitation to send us an inquiry, and they are not a guarantee of results. Specific scope, timeline and price are agreed in writing.
We work to keep information accurate and up to date, but services and product features may change. Content about taxes, invoicing and fiscalization is not legal or tax advice.
The AI assistant’s replies are generated automatically, meant for quick orientation and may contain mistakes. They are not binding on us – only what we confirm in a written agreement counts.
3. Acceptable use of the site
When using the site, you agree to:
- enter accurate information in the form and chat, and only your own contact details or details you are authorized to share
- not use the site unlawfully or to send unsolicited messages
- not try to disrupt the site, bypass its protections or scrape its content in bulk
- not abuse the AI assistant, e.g. by trying to bypass its rules or by sending large numbers of automated messages
We may restrict or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
4. Rights to site content
The site’s texts, design, logo, graphics and code belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may not copy them in full or use them commercially without our written consent. Short quotes with a link to the source are fine.
Project names, logos and screenshots belong to their owners and are shown as examples of our work.
5. Project engagements
Before a project starts, we describe it in a proposal, contract or statement of work: scope, deliverables, timeline and price. That document forms part of these terms, and where it differs from them, the document prevails.
As a client, you:
- give feedback and approvals on time
- supply the content, materials and access needed for the work
- make sure the people who make decisions are available
- pay within the agreed deadlines
Changes to the scope may change the timeline and price. Both parties confirm every change in writing, and email counts as writing.
6. Payment
Prices and payment schedules are set out in the proposal or contract. We invoice by project milestone, or monthly for ongoing services.
Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. On late payments we may charge statutory default interest and pause work until the debt is settled.
Refund rules depend on the project and are set out in the proposal or contract. As a rule, work already completed is non-refundable.
7. Intellectual property in the deliverables
Once you pay in full, the economic copyright in the deliverables created specifically for your project transfers to you. We keep the rights to the tools, libraries, templates, methods and know-how we had before the project or develop independently of it.
We may show completed projects in our portfolio and on the site as examples of our work, unless agreed otherwise in writing. We never publish confidential information without your approval.
Projects may use third-party software, libraries and services (e.g. hosting or payments). Their owners’ licenses and terms apply, and you are responsible for complying with them.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties keep confidential everything non-public they learn during the engagement, in particular:
- business plans and strategies
- technical documentation and source code
- financial information
- customer and user data
- anything marked as confidential
When a project involves processing your users’ personal data, we do so only on your instructions and, where required, under a separate data processing agreement.
9. Warranty
We perform our services professionally and to industry standards. Please report any defects in the deliverables within 30 days of delivery.
We cannot guarantee outcomes such as search rankings, traffic, conversions or revenue, because they also depend on the market, competitors and search engine decisions. Except as expressly agreed, our services are provided without other warranties.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project
- we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data or business interruption
- you are responsible for keeping backups of your data
These limits do not apply to damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence.
11. Responsibility for client content
You are responsible for the content you give us (texts, images, data, trademarks) and for having the right to use it. If a third party brings a claim against us because of that content, the way you use the deliverables or a breach of these terms, you will compensate us for the resulting damages and costs.
12. Termination
You may end the engagement with 14 days’ written notice. You pay for the work completed up to the termination date.
We may end the engagement immediately if you breach these terms or the contract, fail to pay an invoice that is due, or behave in an inappropriate or harmful way.
On termination, all outstanding invoices become due. We hand over the completed work once we receive the final payment.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms and our engagements are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
We first try to resolve any dispute by agreement and, if both parties agree, through mediation.
If that fails, the competent court in Kruševac, Serbia, has jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this clause does not limit the rights Serbian consumer protection law gives you.
14. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. A new version applies from its publication on this page, with a new date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept it. For projects already under contract, the contract prevails.
15. General provisions
- Entire agreement: these terms, together with the proposal or contract, are the entire agreement between us.
- Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
- Waiver: not enforcing a right straight away does not mean we have waived it.
- Assignment: rights and obligations from an engagement cannot be assigned without the other party’s written consent.
16. Contact
Questions about these terms: legal@solve.rs. Project inquiries: hello@solve.rs.
