Admin panels and CMS built around how you work.
Back offices that fit your process, not the other way round: content, products and orders, users and roles, reporting. Custom-built, or powered by Sanity & Supabase.
Who needs a custom admin?
- Teams that call a developer for every copy change
- Stores that need one view of products, stock and orders
- Platforms with users, roles and access rules
- Businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and copy-paste
One place for everything that changes
A good admin panel shortens the daily grind. We build only the screens you actually need, with the fields and names your team already uses.
Content without developers
Pages, news, blog posts, galleries and SEO fields (title, description, share image) — edited by you, without waiting on a code change.
Products, stock & orders
A catalog with categories and images, stock levels, order statuses and customer communication on one screen.
Users & roles
Everyone sees and edits only what belongs to them: owner, editor, seller or outside collaborator.
Reports & overviews
Sales, enquiries and user activity in views that answer the questions you actually ask.
Documents & media
Images, PDFs and files organized in folders, with images resized for the web automatically.
Security at the database
Access rules are enforced in the database itself (Row Level Security), not just in the UI, so data stays separated.
Custom admin or headless CMS?
There is no single right answer. It depends on what changes most often for you: business data or content.
Custom admin panel
When the admin runs the business: orders, stock, users, listings or bookings.
- Screens and flows that match your process exactly
- Per-user roles and permissions
- Integrations with payments, email and other systems
- PostgreSQL with row-level security
Headless CMS
When the admin is about content: pages, news, services, galleries and the blog.
- A comfortable editor for the whole team
- Preview changes before publishing
- One source of content for site, app and other channels
- A fast Next.js front end, independent of the CMS

How we build an admin panel
Map how you work
We walk through your day: what gets entered, who approves it, what you check every morning.
Data & roles
We design the database, roles and permissions before the first screen, so nothing gets patched later.
Build & integrate
We build the screens and connect them to your site, payments and the other tools you use.
Handover & training
We show your team how it works, so you run content and data yourselves from day one.
Frequently asked questions
WordPress, Sanity or a custom admin — which is better?
WordPress works well for a classic site or a WooCommerce store. Sanity is better when you have lots of content and want a fast Next.js site. A custom admin makes sense when the admin runs your business: orders, stock, users or bookings.
Can you build an admin for an existing site or app?
Yes, as long as the existing system has a database or API we can reach. We look at what you have first, then recommend whether to extend it or build something new.
How are permissions handled?
Every user gets a role, and permissions are enforced in the database itself (Row Level Security in PostgreSQL). Even a bug in the UI cannot expose data a user is not allowed to see.
Does the admin work on a phone?
Yes. Screens are responsive, so you can check and update an order, a post or a status from your phone.
How much does an admin panel cost?
It depends on the number of screens, roles and integrations. After a short call we send you a proposal with scope, timeline and price.
